Three 100g bags, the easiest way to find your coffee.

Not sure which bag to pick? Start here. We put three of our coffees into one small set so you can taste them all, side by side, without committing to a full bag of any. Brew them across a week, notice what you gravitate towards, and let your favourite find you.

Start smooth. Move bright. End somewhere you didn't expect.

Guatemala San Andres Geisha, the elegant everyday
A fully washed Geisha roasted for espresso, and proof that a fancy varietal can still be your daily cup. Chocolatey and comforting up front, then oolong and chrysanthemum drift in, like your morning coffee wandered into a tea house. Refined, but never fussy.
Guatemala · Washed · Geisha · Espresso roast

Ethiopia Amederaro Konga, the quiet one
A natural process Yirgacheffe G1 that rewards patience. Cranberry and ripe peach up front, with Earl Grey tea underneath that only shows itself once the cup has cooled a few minutes. The one you'll want to sit with rather than rush.
Ethiopia · Natural · Yirgacheffe G1 · Filter roast

Bolivia CLP Pacamara, the odd one
A small lot washed Pacamara from Calama, high in the Caranavi valleys. Apricot and dried fruit like the top of a fruit cake, then a toasted barley depth that lands exactly on mugicha, with caramel butterscotch underneath and a finish somewhere close to cola candy. Bolivia is one of the rarest specialty origins on the map, and this is the strangest, most moreish cup in the set.
Bolivia · Fully Washed · Pacamara · Filter roast

Why a flight?
Tasting coffees next to each other is the fastest way to learn what you love. There's a thread running through this set if you look for it: the Geisha drinks like oolong, the Yirgacheffe like Earl Grey, and the Pacamara like mugicha. Three coffees, three teas, and not a tea leaf between them. Once you've tasted that range in one week, you'll never look at a coffee label the same way.
