When will I get my coffee?

You will receive your coffee at the beginning of every month! Shipping will commence within the first 3 days of the month.

When will my payment be collected?

Your subscription will renew every month as long as your subscription is active

Do I have to pay shipping?

Free shipping applies for all subscription products!

Do you ship overseas?

Currently our subscriptions are only open to Singapore and Malaysia

What if I need to change my delivery address?

Yes you can, drop us a contact either via email or whatsapp to inform us of the change.

How can I pause or cancel my subscription?

If you have an account with us, you can manage your subscription. Otherwise please do contact us

Is there a minimum subscription period?

Yes, you will need to lock in at least 3 months of subscription. After the 3 months period, you can cancel anytime
